The genres that situate with the Usual Suspects.
I would personally say that the usual suspect has a mixture of genre, such as crime, thrill, action and drama. As the film unfolds we begin to get a sense mixed genres combined into one to tell a dramatic and intense story, each genre gets its spotlight showing the true colours of the story and its characters. For example if we look at the scene were Verbal tells the story of the legendary criminal master mind (Keyser Soze) who kills his own wife we can see that this particular scene shown in a flash back is intense and combines both thrill and drama to the scene to give the audience a feel of what that character is like creating a ruthless scene.
The Main Plot points.
Throughout the film we see the main plot points unfolding giving the audience a feel and understanding of what the story is about, for the likes of the usual suspects we can clearly see that the film is about a revenge attack on each of the criminals who have portrayed the legendary mastermind Keyser Soze. Throughout this film we see many twists and turns keeping the audience engaged and wanting more, especially when the ending is unveiled. We see that the main plot points are the revenge incident which plays throughout the entire film and the revenge attack on the police which is another major plot point which helps support both the film and the main story its self, helping it flow giving the audience a better understanding of the film.

Re: Usual Suspects (Bryan Singer, 1995)
Well identified the genre(s). Well written, with only minor punctuation issues.
For your assignments, avoid using "we" and "I" in the sentences (we see that...). It is ok for this forum, I have asked you to write informally, but you should avoid them in academic assignments.
I would have liked to see more on the plot structure and main points in relation to that; i.e. identify the role of each main plot event with regard to the structure: "turning point", "crisis", "resolution", etc.
Thank you for your work!
